Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. In fairness to our staff and clients, we understand things come up, please keep in mind that “no shows” and last minute cancellations leave our stylists and technicians open with a block of time, unable to be filled at the last minute. This greatly impacts stylist/technician income, therefore, a fee of 50% of the service total will be charged. A credit card can be provided over phone or the fee can be added to your next visit.

Confirmation of appointments are REQUIRED: Please reply to email or return voicemail. If you do not give us a firm confirmation we will assume you no longer want the appointment, and it will be taken out. It is not fair to our staff to be no-showed for appointments, we are a commission based industry. Thank you for understanding!!

As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments by email and or phone to help alleviate you missing an appointment. We are not responsible for unreceived/unread messages or emails.

Each and everyone of our salon guests are very important to us and we appreciate your business always. Thank you for understanding and accepting our policies.

Service and Retail Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with your hair service, please contact the salon within one week of your appointment. Services will be fixed free of charge by the same stylist. Services will not be refunded for cash. Product refund: Nail polish is non refundable. Hair and skin products must be returned within one week of purchase and not more than 25% used. A salon credit will be given for product or as a gift certificate to be used for product or hair.

Late Policy: If you arrive late to your service, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment service. Unfortunately, we are not always able to do so and may have to shorten your service time to prevent delays for other guests following your appointment. You will be subject to paying the full amount of the originally scheduled service.
